Hanoverian stallion SPARTAKUS is a son of stallion Spartan by stallion Servus who sired an outstanding dressage horse of the seventies, gelding Slibozitz.

Gelding Slibozitz won medals at German, European, World and Olympic Championships.

Stallion Spartan was rented to the USA, where he was successful in dressage in St. Georg competitions and 140 cm jumps.

Stallion Spartakus has been three times inbred to a Hanoverian breeding legend through mare Gottilde and two times through stallion Goldfasan.

Stallion Gotthard’s progeny includes outstanding sires and breeding mares, who have won national prizes and excellent sport horses- showjumpers, who have won over 2 million German Marks in prize money. Stallion Spartan’s son, stallion Stakatto was champion of German 5-year old jumpers in 1998, scoring 9,9 out of 10 points. Stakatto’s daughters scored the highest index in mare performance tests in 2002 and 4-year-old sport horses scored the highest indexes in jumping among all German sires. Three sons of Stakatto are kept in stud boxes in SO Celle. These are Shadow, Satisfaction and Stolzenberg.

Stallion Spartakus has great movement predispositions in all three gaits and has a great jumping potential for his technique and abilities. He takes part in jumping competitions. His progeny win top positions in foal championships. Stallion Silver was a champion and stallion Sir Spartakus was a vice-champion at Józefin in 2002. Mare Sparta was 1st vice-champion of foal in 2001 in Kwidzyn.

Six daughters of stallion Spartakus have been taken to the Opypy stud. His oldest son has completed Training School in Bogusławice, showing very good movement and above-average talent for jumping
